Name missing from Voter List

Hi,

My father name (Anis Ahmed) is missing from voter list of 161 Ballygunge Assembly Constituency Part 41 it was early 153 Entally Assembly Constituency though he is casting his vote regularly for last 30 years. I dont understand the problem behind this.
