Sub: Transfer of Provident Fund accumulation from DL/19092//17871 to WB/PRB/28285/2720 in respect of Sanjib Dey – reg.

Sir,

Initially, a cheque numbered 489138 dated 07/09 was sent to your office but the details of the cheque did not match with the details provided in the Annexure ‘K’. So, it was sent back along with a letter (no.”R-Cash/SRO/PRB/VDR/Vol/1438”, ) and Annexure‘K’, a copy of the same letter is with me.

As a response to your letter a cheque, with details provided below, was sent from “HCL Comnet System & Services Ltd EPF Trust” for effecting transfer-in. And the cheque went to into clearing on 20/12 and the amount was debited from the trust’s account on the same day, details of clearance statement are provided in the attachments. However, more than fifty days have passed and the amount has still not been credited to my PF account (WB/PRB/28285/2720).

I have the bank statement from HCL Comnet System and Services which states that the cheque is cleared but which is not reflecting in the PF account .(WB/PRB/28285/2720).

Please look into the matter, do the needful and let me know about the status
