I am a buyer of a flat at Highway Apartment, Hind Co-op Housing Society Sion (E). Mumbai. 400022. The society members are not ready to accept the transfer documents from the seller & are demanding unreasonable amount of Rs 3 lakhs for transfer of the title. The society is also not ready to issue the NOC as per bank requirement for bank loan purpose.
All the dues are timely paid by the seller & there is no outstanding amount to be paid by the seller as on date.
Myself as well as the buyer we both are very much troubled due to this issue. The seller is not able to finalise the deal of his new property as I am not able to make the pymt to the seller on account of NON RCPT of the NOC. The seller is a WIDOW aged 60 years & she is very much disturbed due to his harresment by the society.
Pl help!!!
