Holiday not declared to Vote on October 17
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is the second time. we are making a complaint about the same issue. Yet again this is because we believe the company doesn't even care about this and we are not sure what was the action taken for the same complaint that was logged on April-13.
Holiday not declared to Vote in the election that is going to be held tomorrow October 17. Iam an outstation employee (80% of employees here are outstation employees). We are not ready to apply keave when the govt. itself has declared it as an holiday for voting on election days. Does this rule apply to Private companies too? If so what was the action taking against my company for not allowing the employees on 13-April. This case is happening on all election times and even on Republic and Independence day too. Please take necessary action.
The Employees have signed in on their registers and also have logged in their work details in the Time sheet in the Database... Can this record help you people. Iam not trying to lie and this we believe a genuine right that we need our rights to Vote. Almost onl;y some five people out of 65 employees wopuld have voted last time.
Will this be taken into consideration?
