Re: Illegal/unauthorized construction by occupant of M-22 Second Floor Rajouri Garden
Sir,
This is in reference to your letter ref No 1062/DC/WZ dated 30/08 where it was stated to take the action against our complaint and intimation to be provided to us within 15 days. Enclosed copy of letter
We would like to bring to your notice its almost 120 days and no intimation on details of action taken against our complaint has been provided to us.
Further we would like to mention that MCD officials did took some action by damaging very negligible portion of unauthorized structure but still almost entire illegal structure remains there and is completely being enjoyed by the occupant of M-22 Second floor Rajouri Garden. The entire structure has already cause leakage and other damages to existing structure of building and still continuously remains threat to our life and property.
We inspite of our various complaint submitted on 17/08 and 12/10 with the office of Dy. Commissioner (West Zone), MCD, Community Centre, Vishal Enclave, New Delhi- last more than 16 months we have not received any reply/communication / intimation on our complaints for removal of such unauthorized structure.- Enclosed copies of our complaints. The reply which has been received was in response RTI application filed by us.
We now once again make a request to department for taking immediate action against our complaint to prevent damage to structure of existing Building and to our life. We would also like to state that any further delay in action against our complaint will also make department liable and responsible for damages being caused to the existing Building due to delay/inaction on their part on removal of illegal structure.
Look forward to immediate action on our repeated complaint.
