Not making the booking

I am a consumer of Indane LPG domestic gas services. I sent an sms to my authorised dealer, m/s Dinesh gas agency, Vigyan Nagar, Kota (Rajasthan) on 8th january to book a cylender for me against my consumer No. 36467. Very next day I recieved a sms from the dealer that my gas booking is not excepted. I was asked to contact on 0744 2423839. When I made a contact with the dealer on given number I was said that my booking will not be excepted as I was supplied the filled cylender on 30th December. I was informed that I can book for new supply after 21 days of the last supply.

I asked whether the rule is related to book new cylender after 21 days of prior booking or after 21 days of prior supply. I was told that the booking will be made after 21 days of previous supply and then the cylender will be supplied after 10 days of booking. It means I am not entitled to have another cylender before a period of 31 days. Mine is a big family and usually a cylender work in my house for 20 to 25 days. Then what will I do?

When I contacted officials of the company I was told that there is no rule that the new cylender will be booked after 21 days of previous booking or previous supply. Then who shall be taken responsible for the grievences being caused to public due to the monopoly of such dealers?
