PF NOT RECEIVED

Dear Sir/ Madam

My self sakshi and i was employ of AMBFS PVT LTD . My joining year is 2007 and i resigned this company Oct. i submited my pf form in jan but still i not received my pf money. i alrady send again my pf form and my bank statement to mumbai office but they are saying your chq is alrady credited in you account . but i am saying again in again that no chqs credited in my account see my bank statement . so please help me and reply fast of my email id ([email protected]). i want my pf money.my pf details is mention below.
