Company Don't Have Employee Beneficial Policy's.
Salary is Not on Time.
Basically Salary date is 7th of month but in Company's History Employee don't get Salary on this date.
Salary date is 25th of month.
Boss thinks only about Money.
Company don't Public Holiday Policy. [ How Company gets ISO Certified ]
Office Time is 9:30AM To 6:30PM but, Employe works late Neight, I means upto 9:30PM. AND Employee don't get any conveyance for that. It is to horrible if I work late neight after 12PM or up to 1 AM (Nest day) company/boss is saying that Come Tomorrow Sharp @ 9:30 AM.
Company thinks only about money.
