Paid bill but didnt receive printout forms

I am Prashaanth

I have applied for Permanent License online i.e Driving Test . when i booked my slot online

i paid 365 rs plus taxes and then i got invoice.

Later after i thought to change my date then after it was showing invalid no.

So i went to my bank and took all the transaction details.

I gave my transaction id to eseva personnel he asked for 100 rs..

I went to eseva since i paid money to A.P Transport department online they used e seva online services

when i went and asked for a duplicate bill from an e-seva counter he asked Rs 100 for duplicate bill

i asked him why is that he told for duplicate bill. Even then i asked him for receipt . then he told if u want this receipt take this or just leave.

i paid 100 rs

and then when i went to my driving test place . there already because the system failure in online services in AP transport .site.

I had to pay 150 rs extra for booking another slot.

I dont know why the AP transport put online service and they dont find invoice in their department

knowledge gap . information lapse between payment details consumer is facing problems..
