Had ordered the mobile thru SBI card offer on Feb 7, but till date has not received the product. After making numerous calls and sending mails, on Friday, April 3, an executive named Ms Shalaka finally agreed to cancel my order and credit my account in few days time.
But, today on 5th April, I've received a SMS and a mail informing that the product has been despatched through Blue Dart.
I have clearly mentioned to them, that I will not be receiving the product, now.
