Please refer to your letter referred to above, addressed to shr B.K. Kamat (Grand Father of Vishal Kamat) B-4/726, Eden Garden, 33-1-1, Pune Nagar Road, Pune Maharashtra.
You have not ticked any of the various objection details need to be followed from our end. ARS BOND (income) in respect of Vishal Kamat had been submitted to UTI-MF-UFC-Lotus Court Mumbai on 15 th June. At that time vishal was monor. Hence the bonds were signed by Anand kamat, his father, the guardian.. You had asked to get certified the signature of Anand kamat by the scheduled bank. Accordingly his signature had been got certified by the Senior Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda, Station Road shakaha, Pune. and the documents were submitted to you on 25 th Agust. Bank of Baroda is not ready to give the employee code of the signing OfficerWe had requested them again and again but they said that it is not possible for them to give employee Code.
Vishal has got Joint bank account with his mother, Medha Kamat in the saraswat cooperative bank, Neharu Road Vile parle. East. His account No is SBPUB/27759.Now Vishal has become major on 17th July and you are going to credit the amount in his a/c. I think there need not be any difficulty in crediting the amount to his a/c. I am his grantmother, Shubhada R sadekar (The mother of Medha Kamat). Now Vishal has gone out of India for some educational course. If you want to get his signature certified by the Saraswat Bank to forward to your office, we will ask him to send his signature and we will get it certified by the bank. I therefore request u to inform us whether we can get his signature certified for forwarding the same to your office..You have not ticked the objection in your above referred letter. Hence the request.
As I am also a central Govt servant and my pension a/c no with State bank of India, Vile Parle Branch, East, Neharu Road is10549900945, you can rely on me and may credit the ARS Bond amount to Vishal's a/c in Saraswat bank as it requires time to get his signature verified.

His brother, Viraj Kamat was having ARS BONDs and you have credited the amount of Rs 59914/- on 12-5 to his SBNRO AC/627823 with the Saraswat Bank. These details I have given so that you should not insist on Emp Code of the bank Employee and may credit the amount of Bonds to his (Vishal's) credit without further delay as it has already become due on 31 MARCH.
