Head Office

State Bank of India,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m Y Kennedy Singh holding A/C No=30170834379 under State Bank of India, Padmarao Nagar Branch, Secunderabad. I beg to say that on 22/05 evening around at 9 pm I was trying to withdraw a sum of Rs. 1000 (One Thousand) from STATE BANK OF MYSORE but I was unable to withdraw it, I got a slip written as “SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS”, I thought that it was due to the ATM problem or insufficient of cash so I throw the slip and I came back to my room, Next morning on 23/05 at 08:07 am again I tried to withdraw the amount from STATE BANK OF INDIA but again it was showing the same problem “SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS” after some minutes I checked my balance, but it was showing as withdraw Rs.1000, on 23/05, how could be it be withdraw since I didn’t withdraw any amount, but I was trying to withdraw it but it was showing “UNABLE TO PROCESS ” I didn’t get the amount.

So, I contact my branch they told me to write an application and send the photocopy of the slip. I have send the application and the slip to my friend as I was staying in Bangalore, my friend went there and given my application letter to the branch manager and so many time I have call up there but no used. So I’m sending this letter to main office of State Bank of India. Please help me.

Yours faithfully

Y KENNEDY SINGH
