I am a regular customer of Reliace Fresh Chalakudy. Last week I had to face a bad example of customer service from the shope.
I noticed a banner which displayed that ITC Brand Atta is available for Rs.30.50 of which MRP is 34. I took 3 packets and approached the counter for billing. But the cashier told that I sould pay Rs.33.50 per packet..When I pointed about the banner, he said that in the computer, there is no such an offer is seen.
Then I asked about the manager to inforn him the matter..But he was not available there. Then I wrote the matter in the complaint register with my mobile number. But nobody called me till now, to explain why such a pracice is going on in a shop like Reliance Fresh.
Any how, I have decided that if I do not get even a response to my complaint, not to enter any Reliance Fresh Shop in future.
I was of the belief that Relince is a multinational Brand which care their customers with utmost care.
But my experience at the Reliance Fresh shope at Chalakudy has changed these belief. They never mind the customer or their complaints.
