Hi im loyal coustmer of maruti and i got three car of maruti and im coustmer of maruti since 10 year this there some acident case when i put my car in service center there no proper response at all and they kept my car for more then week due no parts im very shock that company doing advertise to use maruti origanl parts dont have parts for one week and they dont even bother to call coustemer
second is that ther no proper person to atten the person take my car of insurance dont even gave estimate of charges even he is very illitaret and non reliable person they dont gave me cash less faclity cos i got bajja alinze insurance there is diffrent policy in maruti for diffrent service center my claim of 16700 - is passe 8000 due to insurance person lazy ness im very disaapoint with service now i will never suggest my friend to buy maruti car cos im very old and fan of maruti befor they dont enven call after service this is redi culas sell of maruti will decrices if they dont provide good service cos maruti is famous for srevice and coustmer care
