Respected Sir,
I took an Autoriksha from Pragati Maidan to Govind Puri (Kalkaji) vide, DL 1RF 6975, of Mishri lal, he charged Rs.86/- of 18 km. But it as anyone can see that his meter is not in usual speed. That means meter is fast and he is charging more than required. This incident is of 14/7/09 (evening).
AT that time Pandit Kumar Yadav was the driver of the auto. Owner of auto is Mishri lal. Add: A-39 ITO Jhuggi, School BLK Shaker pur. Mobil no. -- 9810522868
