Dear Sir,
I am Bathula Sivaiah is a holder of HDFC credit card. I made an online transaction for purchasing tatasky hardware on 4th August, worth of Rs.2499/-, opting three months EMI option from HDFC credit card. For that transaction, I have not received any acknowledgment nor ordered item from AVA Merchatising. I had enquired the same and the status of my payment from HDFC Bank and first month EMI Rs:833/- paid, as per details given below. HDFC Bank already made payment to AVA Merchantising on 6th of August, with the following details,
1. Transaction ID: 72000021
2. Transaction Ref. No: VT082270068
3. Promo. Ref. No : 005810324
Recently, I got the second statement from HDFC bank and they deducted second EMI as per the following and paid to AVA Merchantising,
1. Transaction Ref. No: VT0825780057
2. Promo. Ref. No : 005810324
I had informed the bank regarding the non delivery status of item and asking them to stop my payment to AVA merchantising by writing personally on 21st August to the manager, credit card division HDFC Bank. I got a reply on 9th September stating that “Kindly resolve your issue with merchant, we are just here to act as a medium”. For the same, I had written mails to AVA Merchantising to but there is no reply and also I tried to contact them with their customer care number, always saying that customer service officers are busy. Hence, I am requesting AVA Merchantising, kindly confirm my payment from HDFC bank. In case, if you have not received any money with my card number and above mentioned details from HDFC bank, kindly reply me stating that “money had been not received from my card and the above mentioned details. If I do not receive any reply in this regard, I will go to the consumer court and the consequences regarding this will be faced by you and HDFC Bank.
