Misbehaved & abused by Traffic Police

I was misbehaved @ abused by a Traffic police Mr. Ramesh Chand at NetaJi Subash Palace on red light jump.

I was ready to pay the challen but he pushed me & try to pick my mobile. He abused me & said I see daily thousnads of person like you . & pushed me back in the road.

His Rank No is HC 2983T & he finally give me a Megistrate Challan with lots of abuse. i was really fadup with such a rabbish beehaviour of a Delhi traffice Police. Who Say. SADAA AAKE SAATH... That is wrong because they are no more for Normal People.
