TO THE CREDIT CARDS DEPARTMENT,

RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

SUBJECT: REQUISITON FOR SETTLEMENT AND CLOSURE OF THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.

I AM SRINIVAS G AND MY CREDIT CARD NO : 4178630000373216 . REQUESTING YOU TO SEND THE DETAILS OF THE FINAL SETTLEMENT TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT, BECAUSE I HAVE LOST MY JOB AND I AM NOT IN A POSITION TO PAY INCREASING DEBTS,

I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE INTEREST AND THE FEES AS WELL AS THE TAX AMOUNT FOR THE USAGE AND ALSO DIDNT GET MY MONTHLY STATEMENTS PROPERLY. HENCE I WOULD REQUEST TO PLEASE WAVE ALL THE FEES (LATE PAYMENT FEES, SERVICE TAXES AND THE INTEREST CHARGED) AND HELP IN MAKING THE SETTLEMENT AT THE EARLIEST, TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. I AM WAITING FROM PAST 3 MONTHS, PLEASE GET BACK TO ME & HELP ME IN CLOSING THE ACCOUNT.
