Hi, I had raised for health insurance of my sister through bajaj allianz web site and they sent one of their executive, C. Rajkumar, his Mobile no# 986607752, by one red car. collected all the documents and check of Rs 4000. The transaction already done and the amount has been debited from my account one month back, but i neither got reciept nor health card. the transaction details are as follows.
10/10 Cheque No.946032 paid TO BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSAURNCE CO LTD, STANDARD CHARTERED BANK 4000.00.
Can you please help me out, what steps should I take against the issue?
