I buy a motor bike through Bajaj Auto finance KOTA Jn. on 28 Dec. At the time buying the vehicle, manager of Bajaj refused to provide the duplicate Key and registration papers, as their policy. After 2-3 months registration papers had been provided but duplicate had not been provided. After completion of all installment, when i went to received my duplicate key and receipt. The representative of baja auto finance simply said " the key has been lost" and not given any receipt. He said " Any Key will make the duplicate key in Rs. 10/- only."
