Lalthang, working in the Ministry of Rural Development, Department Drinking Water Supply, Paryavaran Bhavan, CGO Complex, New Delhi have applied for new Pan Card and submitted necessary documents with fees in the issue of Pan Card counter. I have been given Coupon No. 027184975. It is more than 30 days from the date of my submission of application form and uptil now I have not yet received the PAN CARD.
