I had bought a bajaj Iron Dry Dx7, invoice no 129-23804 from croma Dahisar on 8/3 having 2 years gaurantee. It suddendly stopped working on 13th May I took it to croma dahisar where they said that they will contact Bajaj and will give you a call by 14th May morning. Till 7.40PM, I did not get a call on 14th, then I tried contacting on the number given on the invoice, where some Vinay asked me to call after one hour, when I called after one hour, the voice mail says that our services are from 9 AM to 8.30PM. It means the person deliberately asked me call after one hour so that there is no body to answer.
Can croma give me an anwer to this?
