This model was purchased on 16/11 and from the day 1 not performed satisfactorily. After raising complaint, the entire grinder was changed free of cost on 27/3/07. Still the performance was not satistactory. On repeated complaints, at various intervals, finally a service rep visited on 5/2/09 and charged a fee of Rs 575/ and changed a wheel set. within a week the wheel set got jammed and the grinder is not functioning. To our various calls, there has been no answer. It appears that the design of the grinder is to be reviewed totally. Can anyone help me in sorting out my problem & the company should withdraw all such defective grinders and replace them with better design?
