Centurion Bank of Punjab (HDFC) Complaint

When you have to open a New Account these private Banks will be after you, but after you have opened an account you have to face a lot of mental harrasment, because now you have fallen in their trap. It is almost One Month I had applied for Reissue of Internet Banking Password, But of No avail. I have tried all means to contact them for Reiisue of Internet Banking Password, but they are least bothered. Even the Customer Care People at HDFC Bank have not responded to my Complaint. Please tell me what should I do? Whom to Complaint?
