Defective Dining Table

Hi,

I had purchased a dining table (metal and glass) from Bantia Furnitures, secunderabad on 23 May. They delivered a sub standard product of the Dining table, The Table is not aligned and chairs legs are all bent. When i went to Bantia Furnitures at secunderabad, they said they will not do anything about it. See the attached photos.

What are my rights as a customer? Please suggest.

Can i go to consumer court? how can i get justice?
