This complaint is against Barclays Bank registered in England. I am customer of this company for last 7 months. I made only one purcharses from this card. The company issued me statement with a lot of charges debited towards late payment, interset charges etc.etc.
Then I approached the officers of this company and requested them that the charges debited me are not fair at all. I am getting calls from collection agent on my different mobile nos. Then those officers took up the matter with top / senior officers of the company. Thanks I got statement with all charges reversed to me.
Even then I came to know that my name was referred to CIBIL. What should I do???
