MISMATCH DOCUMNET AND DECLINE CREDIT CARD

Dear Sir/Madam

I was applied barclays bank credit at sep 2009 onwards and application rejected at oct 20.10.2009 normally it will take place in 21 days but my application will processed twice in bank, i don't know? when i talk with customercare persons they will given me same feedback "" application i process'" when all verification did well, why it has been rejected and they are not provided me correct information, even documents also misused by them. Please take action them. All details as under me and their mail conversation.

As your earlier email concern i attached the scan copy of barclays bank credit card please see and provide me status as earliest, where is my document? did you find that lady as i was already given her number (Lata 9920387359) at my previous mail, boss this not jocking first of all tak serious, and let me how my form was picked up and forwarding to you? and why you r not recd, wherei is my form?
