Non receipt parcel about 1 month

Dear All,

My name T.L.Kumar, Ambalamparambu Madam, South Gate P.O. Vaikom-686 142. Ph:09656561620. My POD NO:801518738, dt.29.10. parcel not received till date.

The courier sent by BASIC HEALTHCARE LTD, SCO 905, 2nd FLOOR, NAC MANIMAJRA, CHANDIGARH-160101. I already call to Overnight Ernakulam office daily, but there is no response in their side.

One more thing that I am already lost a parcel of courier through overnight on

August, that I am excused, this is the second time that happening. So kindly do the needful at your earliest, otherwise it will make problems. T.L.Kumar.
