BESCOM BMAZ
Amount paid is shown less than actual

Hi,

I have recently paid my electricity bill through ATP machine (BESCOM). I have actually paid Rs.500 but it has displayed in the bill only Rs.400. It is showing Rs.100 less than actually paid. Following are the bill details:

S4 Subdivision BLR

SubDivision: URBAN

Receipt No : 2712

Pay Mode: CASH

Date : 05/03

Time : 22:12:14

Location Code : 1120402

RRNumber : 4SL42823

I don't know where to complain about this. Please let me know how to proceed further.
