Sir,

I am a BESCOM consumer and Iam always paying the money through my SBI account, by ATM counter,

and last 3 months my bill is not coming through ATM and due to this reason I have to go to the Bescom office and pay the bill, it is very tedious and before the due date I can’t pay the amount.

This same matter was reported to the meter reader who is visited to my house but no avail.

I am here by requesting you to help me to pay the bill through my account.
