Poor services and too late delivery

The performance of the agency is too poor. the delivery is not done infact even after 20 of booking.

and we need to get our cylinder from him after going to his agency and we need to even pay him before getting the cylinder gas. After complaining to agency holder no. of times no active steps were taken. the condition is so poor that in the market few gas mafias are existing and they are creating a mess and selling the cylinder at very high rates up to 600 per cylinder.
