REGARDING SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDER

Sir,

Please note that I am a consumer of your Gas Company having Consumer No. J-2908. I

am not getting the gas cylinders regularly & frrom last three days i contrinue tried to book my cylinder over telephone but they are not responding.

At the time of booking it was informed that I will receive the cylinder after 10 days and even after 7 days of the bill despatched from the office I never received the cylinder. On calling they are not giving proper response. It should be taken very seriously. It is very difficult to manage once the cylinder gets over hence we use to book it prior.

Please do some arrangement to solve the problem and kindly make some provision of timely delivery of the cylinder for the customers.
