Delay in delivering even after 45 days after booking

Sir,

My name is Nagesh Mallya. K and my consumer no.13538. My gas agency is Blue Flame Agencies, Thailangadi, Kasaragod. I have booked the cooking gas on 13.09.10, even after 45 days passed not delivered cooking gas to me till time and till date. When I contacted over phone many times even today itself, answer is delivered yesterday but not received till date Sir, as my gas exhausted two week back, we are struggling for cook something with gas. My humble request is do the favourable action in this regard at the earliest. My another question is how much days required them for deliver gas after booking
