Malpractice in dsitribution of LPG Cyllinde

Dear Sir,

I have a complain against R&DCCS limited, pune of Bharat Gas, which is forwarded to Bharat Gas Customer Care Centre also.

I am at present residing at 230/2, Armament Colony, Pashan, Pun - 411 021 and have a connection with R&DCCS ltd, Pashan (Ganeshknind) of Bharat Gas bearing customer no 23985. I booked for refilling of cylinder on 14.08.2008 and automatic supply of cylinder was unimaginable from the distributor located at Pashan. After repeated persuation (for 10 days regularly), cylinder was delivered today i.e. on 11.09.2008 with Bill no 81 dated 10.09.2008.

I was surprised to know that my next door neighbour Dr. R.P. Kamble residing at 230/3, Armament Colony, Pashan, Pune - 411 021 has booked for refiiling on 16.08.2008 (2 days later than me) and surprisingly he got refilled cylinder on 22.08.2008 vide bill no 256 dated 22.08.2008.

My neighbour booked after me and got refilled cylinder before me is to be looked into by the company, please. This is not the first time, I have to conatct again and again (which is equal to begging) for getting refilled cylinder. On enquiry about complaint register on earlier occasions, I was asked to keep quite at a louder voice.

May I know without any malpractice at distribution centre how my next door neighbour is getting refilled cylinder 15 days before me, even after booking the same 2 days later? What about contacting distribution centre again and again for supply of refilled cylinders even after booking? May I know if any RTI portal of bharat gas exists? Whether R&DCCS ltd is aware about persons who claim to deliver filled cyllinders of Bharat Gas within one day? May I know, if situation will remain like this? What are chances that I will be victimised in future also for lodging this complain? Can Bharat Gas play any role in streamllining the situation?

I am sure nothing will happen out of my complaint, but it is a perpetual torture to have doemstic gas connection from Bharat Gas.
