Late delivery of cylender and Mobiles are switched off

I had complaint to BPCL vide reference number 69621 of my gas distributor about his deliberately not supplying of cylinder for domestic home use but it is very unfortunate on part of company that after the promise of best services can’t respond to customer complaint. I place order of refill of cylinder on Tue, 18 Aug 09:04:31 IST Order No. :340428

Name of Distributor: DAMMO ENTERPRISES JilMil, Delhi-95

but I could not receive the cylinder after repetitive phone calls to DAMMO ENNNTERPRISES. This agency has cylinder to sell on black but not available for genuine customer. Please do necessary action so that customer get relief.
