I had booked for a cylinder on 23.08.2008 . Its more than 40 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the Raj gas agency, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District, Tamil Nadu (nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered. There is very poor response and guilty answer from them. Please take necessary action to regularise it. I want one request to the Bharat Gas Agencies, to give advise to follow the proper displaying of the rules and regulations, and how many days wants to weight etc.
Open display is necessary. That will avoid the confusion of the customer and also misusing of the agencies.
