Booking refill Problem

It is just next to impossible to get this Gas agency on line (080-23508992/23509295). If u r lucky enough u may get them on line in a day or two, or if u get them the first day, u r the luckiest people on the whole of universe. Moreover majority of the staff behave very rudely, and normally delivery takes place after 10-12 days again u need to keep reminding them.

Indian Gas which is close to our house normally delivers the Gas in just 2-3 days. unable to shift to them for various procedures to follow

Secondly, Bharat gas has given 12664 as 24 hours refill booking number, which is accessable only from BSNL number. what about people using other phones like Airtel or Tata Indicom land line.

the website www.ebharatgas.com tried loging in, goes into big loop and never connects for gas connection, and takes a turn around to all other unwanted related links.

GOD pls help us.
