This is very painful process…
Here is the summary or (Horror story???!!!)
First we book on 19/09 with Sri (A) raksha Agency (Pls not any other means of booking is illegal to them!!!)
The distributor issues delivery slip to the Boss of Bharathgas (Delivery boy???) on 04/10 – # of days 16 from the date of booking.
After several follow ups we learn we have to stand in queue at the designated place and first come will be serviced so we have to reach early in the morning to be first.
When the BB arrives at his convenient time (usually only after lunch) one should see the mad rush, only those few lucky will get the Gas, others go empty handed, inspite of waiting for more than 4 to 5 hours.
So we went through this ordeal and finally got the gas on 15/10 – # of days 27 from the date of booking.
Now the other ordeal begins, we cannot book refill till 21 days (one of the 10 commandments of the service provider)
So we have to count and keep track and have another 10 to 15 days grace period for the real delivery.
There fore the total days will be: 27 21 15 = 63 days.
So by this calculation I appeal to all humble & poor Bharatgas holders to give this 63 days grace period between refills.
(If somebody has lasser days – Lucky you!!!)
I suggest to use the gas only to boil water and for other utilities find an alternative… otherwise you will not survive for so many days!!!
Your website boasts of Door delivery (In which century??? / What?? You must be kidding!!!)
If some body can go through the mail communications – I had booked on the website and the situation is Bad to worse!!!
The BOSS has passed resolution that we will not get our refill not before 15 days!!!
Now where does all refills go….
On onside there is so much demand on on the other side each day thousands of new customers are added … how???
The BOSS sells them in grey for Rs.500 to 600… on each cylinder he makes any where between Rs.200 to 300…
Probably he earns more than the CEO of Bharathgas, that’s why I call him the real Boss of Bharathgas.
He commands respect and authority, and all users are at his mighty mercy…
After all this, I remain praying to him for a refill…
