My mobile number is 9929399814.today i got a msg from airtel conpamy that was 'dear customer your hello tunes services has been activated on ur number for 20 days for 20 rs'.. and they deducted 20 rs from my account..and this is an unwanted service and the same thing happens with me whenever i get my cel recharged n almost with all the airtel users and the customer care officer even doesnt takes any action after my complain and since for a comman man its not possible to approach to the airtel office every now and then i request u to kindly take some action against this corrupt policy of the company for acompalishing their target and please assure that i get my balance back!!!
