Sir, I have activated the recent service of Bharti Airtel i.e. MCHEK (mobile money transfer) and also provided them my bank details for for recharging my prepaid balance (AIRTEL). I tried recharging my prepaid balance by Rs.333/- but i got the reply that the Transaction Failure From Bank. On saturday my Bank balance was Rs.5446/- but when i checked it today it was deducted to Rs.1117/-.
I printed out my bank details statement. There it shows that Rs.333 has been dducted 13 times (i.e. Rs.4329/-). And I havent got any money and the custumer care of Bharti Airtel are also not giving the appropriate feedback... My mobile No. is 9998912683.
