I am residing in Bhiwadi, Distt. Alwar (Rajasthan). I have got gas connection from Bhiwadi Indane Gas Service (A dealer of Indane Gas in Bhiwadi). The problems are: 1. Booking of gas (most of time its booking tel no.is out of order- 01493-225240 or they don't pick), 2. Behaviour of concerned staff (they just talk the way they are oblizing by giving gas cylinder), 3. Shortage of gas on official booking (dealer give only one cylinder a month, even for counting period of one month they don't consider for delay in earlier month) but gas cylinder is easily available in black market.
The company like Indane should look into this to achive customer satisfaction otherwise the gas supply is full of harrassment.
