Bike Parking
Illegal charges of parking by attendants

Hi,

I used to Park my Bike near Guindy railways station, Chennai. There are some 5 attendants and now they are collecting money for Ayutha Pooja and the amount is minimum Rs.200 for bike parkers and Rs.100 for cycle parkes. They are collecting from everyone and those who refuse to pay they are not allowing to park the bike. Also they are arrogant to those who refuse to pay.

Please let me know where can i complain regarding this.
