My complaint is regarding very very very poor service of supplying Refill gas cylinder by Blue flame Indane Gas service, Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai - 400709. My gas consumer number is 4922. I had booked for a gas cylinder on 6th January but till 20th January, there was no supply of refill cylinder. Then I called them up on 20th January and i was told that cylinder will be delivered immediately same day. Today is 28th January and I am calling them everyday and I get the same reply "cylinder will be delivered today." It has not come so far. Moreover, aafter hours of trying their phone number, very rarely somebody picks up the receiver.
It is very annoying. Can anyone please help me?
