Respected Sir,
This is to inform you about the complaint i made yesterday, 7th july to BSES customer care center regarding no power supply. The billing details are as follows- CRN No. 2640012777, New K No. 2640 T131 0350. The complaint number is 1705.
Till now no one has come for rectification of the problem. Sparking is taking place in the wires connected to the meter.
Also, Meters of the whole block where i reside are connected very closely to each other and if a major sparking takes place resulting in electrical fire.
Kindly take the necessary action to the complaint as soon as possible or if any disaster takes place then whole responsibility rests with BSES Rajdhani Power Limited.
