I have purchased 3G sim card from BSNL, Service provider ie bsnl failed to activate settings on my handset, whenever i tried for settings over internet following message displayed:

Your SIM card is not activated. Initialization failed. MSISDN: 919407993400, reason: Exception: Could not fetch services!
