Sub: BSNL Broad-Band With telephone No.079-22820187 NOT PROPERLY

WORKING AFTER INSTALLING ON 07.05.2010 TO TILL DATE.-Request of

In the above connection I wold llike to submit the following few lines.

2. I took a broad band with telephone connection. It was installed on 07.05.2010 at my above residence address. After installed, it is not properly working .the dial tone of telephone remain closed so the connectivity of internet is not possible stated by the attended authority (shri Nagarwala) of BSNL So numbers of times I made telephonic complained to the various authorities of BSNL office, Naroda. As well as BSNL Customer care center. As per directed me by the attending telephonic complain authorities, I contact to concerned Authorities on landlinePhone and my mobile. As and when the persons attended my complain made excuses for technical defaults in telephone landline as well as internet connectionproblems. But they both are failed to solved permently the said complain till the date. I also reqested to Mr. Parmar attending complain to installed the New land line or allotted me new number which will properly worked. They each other (Telephone line authorities and Internet complain attendant) even some time not attending my complaint and replied me as it was not pertained to them (Both each others). So it is very difficult for me to whom The complaint shall be make towards my above disconnectivity left out during the day of landline telephone and internet which I suffered since long back and are not solved by them at all. They each other misguide me by excusing to show me the various causes for avoiding my complain.

3. It is very regret to state that they are not interested to solve my disconctivity of telephone line as well as internet so far which I suffered it from Beginning to till date after installed it at my recidence. In this matter I personally met to shri D.K. Patel, Divisional Engineer at Naroda telephone Exchange, Naroda, Ahmadabad on 21/06.He the then Promised me to solved my problem immediately Whithin a two –three days. But the affords to solve my above problems are still been not fullfiled.

4. Though I am a government officer in Finance min., Nobody to take interest for solution to my problem. I therefore request you to look into the matter and per cue for solving said my complaiat immediately. In this regards, I also contacted tele. No2543555 on 03.07.2010 (11.00A.M.) where your receptionist told me that you are not in your chamber and asked me to registered my complain to her which she entered for action. Today morning Another telephonic complain also is make to BSNL CARE CENTRE ON Tele No.1500/1503 etc . on 11/07. Further I state that the deduction or discount on disconnection of the telephone lines as well as Internet during the period from 07/05 to till the date of complained not solved should if any, is available to me as the customer will be allowed to me in my telephone bill as per BSNL terms & Conditions.
