Attention BSNL customers :-

BSNL mobile stealing money from his own mobile customers, that how it happens is.. by knowingly they are activating service messages from 12555 like Devetonal type message or such questions for Example: today who will won the match? giving 2 options for it. or from 12555 3 devotional sms 3/4 messages if we get is ok.. if we are getting continuously daily these kind of message, we get irritated and to deactivate these service message from 12555 its not free, they are detecting money of Rs.5. Just think about this matter Knowingly activating service unwanted messages and for deactivate these type of messages asking money... think about all mobile customers as started wish to deactivate spending money... how many lakhs they earn with out providing valuable service... be alert...

when i asked customer care they are not having rights to deactivate such service. The customer can only deactive through message by spending money of Rs.5 as to type UNSUB ALL to 12555.even then also they are not ready to deactive immediately my Mob. No.is 9406005412
