Landline disconnection issue

Please note that we have applied for BSNL broadband connection to Adabari Exchange, Maligaon Guwahati-781011 in the month of August-09.

Initially bsnl personnels committed that the connection will be provided within 2/3 working days. But after repeated follow ups for 7days to SDO, Adabari exchange, BSNL did not provide us the applied broadband connection. BSNL authorities never gave us any reason instead we found broadband charges included in my next month's telephone bills.

As we give a formal complain on 27.10.09 to correct the billing amount since we don't have broadband connect & now that we don't need that as well. The authorities, instead of correcting the bill amount, has disconnected the incoming facility of existing telephone.

This is really frustrating & completely rediculous service to the customer. The telephone connection for us is really important & of basic necessity. Can I expect BSNL to take action enable the incoming of my number at the earliest.
