I have been getting internet connection intermittently since last two months and that too much below the subscribed speed. Many times complaints have been lodged but response in poor. Twice service executive have come and seen the problem and acknowledged but no one has addressed it till date.
Would request to sort out problem and reverse the rental charged for last two months.
In absence of any redressal from your side I shall be forced to change to alternative service provider.
