Broadband and landline fail repeatadely and its custmer care dont give response

I have bsnl landline and broadband connection since last month. Broadband modem was installed at my home after one month of payment date. I have paid for 1 year cost. But installation done after one month. So i can use only 11 month. Now in 15 days. Three times my broadband not working. At now landline is dead since last three days. However nobody attend my complane. My landline number is 02642-247311 at bharuch gujarat, i am tring more times to contact Mr. Vasava at bholav exchange but nobody replay. I want to benefit again this harasment.
